If ordering via the website and paypal; after you've ordered please send me a quick email (order@ponytailsjewellery.co.uk) to let me know when you've sent the hair. This way I can expect it and let you know it has arrived safely. Your Jewellery will normally be back in the post within 14 days. I will advise if it is going to take any longer.

Cheque - If you would prefer to pay via cheque then please email me your order and I will email you with the total amount. Please kindly make all cheques payable to Lucy Nightingale.
