Ways to order:

- Through the website using the paypal features (you can use a paypal account or just pay using credit/debit)

- By sending an email to order@ponytailsjewellery.co.uk

If you order using the website paypal will send you a confirmation email and I will also send you a confirmation email and any other details.

You can pay:

- Via paypal using the website

- Via payal, I can invoice you using paypal.  This will arrive via email and can be paid using paypal account or just your credit/debit card (this method is good for larger orders as my website cannot combine postage).

- By cheque, I can invoice you the total amount and you can include a cheque with your hair.  Please kindly make the cheque payable to Lucy Nightingale.

- By postal order, I can invoice you the total amount and you can include a postal order with your hair.  Please kindly make the postal order payable to Lucy Nightingale.

- By bank transfer, please email me your order and I will send you an invoice with the total and the payment details.

Additional information:

When posting your hair please put the hair into a secondry container / envelope / plastic wallet / sandwich bag as Royal Mail have a policy on posting animal material (Packing Instruction 650).

If the hair is sentimental and cannot be replaced please post it tracked or signed for.

Please also write your return address on the envelope when posting your hair so that if it does get lost in the post it can be returned to you.
